Thread: Best Girth Exercises

Hi
Im new to the girth game, I gained just under 2" in length but i feel its time to focus on girth now.
My routine from now on is
6 min warm up
2 mins of various stretches
10 min low erection downward jelqs ( I still want to reach 8" bpel)
10 min High erection slow jelqs
5 ulis
5 min warm down
Would this be good for gaining girth while gaining a small bit of length in the process

Looks to me like you're already gaining girth at a pretty decent rate. I don't see anything wrong with this routine, it seems pretty balanced
