Thread: horse squeez vs air clamping.

I have a question. I've been in my cell phone today reading countless hours. Trying to learn abbreviations , different exercises aside from the one I'm doing now. I'm trying to find the difference between horse squeeze and clamping. From what I see ,it looks like the horse squeez is manual pressure for girth exercise and air clamping seem to be used with a device and possibly more effective. Can someone let me know if I'm wrong in my analysis .which one is more effective or are both effective in their own way.

Clamping is when you put a plastic(or other types) of clamp on your penis to keep the blood in there, horse squeezes are when you grip the base with your hand and push the other hand down the glans to reach the other hand.
Both of these things you will need 3,4+ months of conditioning before trying them out.

I've been doing the horse squeeze with jp90 workout the whole time and I feel great. My penis response is very good with these to excercises. I can see the veins in my penis. And its really stiff during my excersize. I'm thinking of by the clamp and using it in a couple months. My hands get sore after while doing the jp90 workout with the horse squeeze. My only problem with the clamp would be how can I keep the blood in my penis for 10 mins. That's a long time to keep a penis hard
