Thread: Does PE work for everyone?

Hi guys,
I have been exercising for almost 1.5 years now. Last year I overtrained it and jumped into some advanced exercises without sufficient warm-up and lack of knowledge. Hence, I didnt see considerable gains. This year from the beginning of september, I am exercising in a systematical way, with enough warm-up and a routine. Problem is I am gaining length but quite slowly. On the other hand, I only saw some semi-erected girth gains (roughly 0.2") but when I am fully erected,there is no change in girth. I am jelqing at higher erection levels mainly aiming girth, doing Uli!s and squeezes.
So my question is; as I know some people gain easier some people do not. Many claim that there two groups as length gainers and girth gainers. Is it possible to not to gain in girth? What might be the problem? Almost 1 year is over with proper girth exercises but no result yet. Thanks in advance, good luck to all!

I'm a beginner but I started PE back to December 2011. Now I'm with ME coach. I was able to start getting some decent lenght gains but no girth gains until recently. Big Al was switching me from one routine to another and now I start seeing some girth gains. Not in the middle but in the base.(I'm still happy) I tried Uli's, Squeezes, regular jelq before.
Now I'm truly believer that you must find a routine that works for you and start slowly.
During this time I already got over trained for 2 times.
Question for you: Do you see temporary girth gains after PE (get you penis erected and measure the girth after you finish with PE session)

thanks for your explanatory message mate
I never measure the girth or length since these results are not reliable. I always do that during my rest days. I also gained some base girth due to manual stretching I think...
