Why not just try PE and find out, instead of finding facts and photos, what do you have to lose other than 45 min a few times a week and $4 for lube/baby oil.
Just take a look around in the progress forum, people don't make 2-3+ year progress threads just for enjoyment and to trick people with numbers. It's almost like asking if working out in a gym works, if you put in time and effort it does. Both are for health, body and penis.

Here's the thing, PE doesn't make your dick bigger. However, if you're looking for something to make your ruler, your hands, and your girlfriends mouth and vagina smaller then I recommend sticking around..... see what I did there?

2-3 free hours a day you can do a few hundred jelqs, hanging or stretching and end with some nice edging.
To gain significant amount of length/girth it CAN take a long time. In my opinoin PE is marathon. It took me a year plus of manual stretching a 300 jelq for about 1.5 hour a day to go 8BPEL to 9BPEL and .5 girl. Just incorporate into your daily routine and you will wake up and realize you have a big stick one day.
