Dont worry too much if your EQ takes a slight hit. Intense stretching sessions can cause this, its common.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

One last thing, while I only want length, I DO NOT want to lose the slight girth gains that I've made. Do you think if I dropped jelqs and only did stretches I'd maintain those gains? I know it's tough to predict, but if anyone has had experience with this it'd be nice to hear your experience.

Just an alternative if you do feel like the warm up could still be beneficial to your routine.

Is there an article/forum post that details on stretching?
The article posted under exercises is broken and I would love to learn more about stretching and the different types. I need some major length growth!05/30/12

I'd maybe drop 1 or 2 stretching exercises like someone mentione here and focus more on the reminaing ones. And I assume you've been doing PE for a while so remember to do SUPRA SLAMMERS!!! I've found out that if I do Supra Slammers after every workout, my penis gets less tired. I can do PE every day now because of this exercise (I do take breaks though).
Also, it helps not losing girth doing them.BPEL: 5.92, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 7.0 , 7.1,

BTBrian, in regards to the warm-up. If you don't go with DarkSide's idea for warming up with the Mueller bag, you should consider an electric heating pad. I bought one months ago when I injured my back. I use it now for warming up before PE. Most of them have more than one setting for heat. Usually low, medium and high. Great to have choices.
