I'm now a month in to proper PE'ing. I'd say my wang is approaching well-conditioned, as in the off-months prior to this I would still do stretches, kegels, some jelqs and fowfers.

Fully-erect I measure:

BPEL: 6.6"
NBPEL: 5.8"
EG (mid-shaft): 5.3"

My stats one month ago were 6.5, 5.6 and 5.2 respectively, and that was with what I'd call optimistic rounding-off. I'm positive to be able to say that these are confident numbers, no embellishing required. I'm curious to hear a diverse range of ideas for exercises I can try out, length-centric would be great, but all-arounders are excellent too.
