I posted this in my UJ/UV sticky today, but thought I should also make a new post with it,
I have been trying lately to add some extra skin around the base of my glans, so what I started doing was re-moistening my finger tips less often. This causes more friction naturally, and with that more tugging on my shaft skin as I jelq. My plan is working and the developing skin is becoming a reality (I am not trying to perform foreskin replacement, only want a little bundled skin at the base of my glans as I stated earlier). However, while doing this I found an additional benefit that I wasn't even thinking about. As my shaft becomes less slick and the amount of skin I am pulling up toward my glans as I jelq increases, I am able to incorporate a stretching routine while jelqing now. The skin that bundles up by my glans acts as a barrier, and I am able to hold my jelq when it reaches my glans because the skin prevents me from jelqing onto or over it. This is especially true when I am doing UV's. With the skin bundled up and acting as a barrier, I hold what now becomes a stretch for perhaps four or five seconds. I am generating an awful lot of force when I do my UV's, so the force of the stretch is pretty intense. This would be an impossibility if I were doing regular V's, since I could not generate the same pulling tension.

As I have just recently begun this adaptation to my normal UV's/UJ's, today I realized another positive result from these. Normal stretching exercises are done in a flaccid or near flaccid state, thus there is little additional blood within your glans. By adding a five second stretch to the end of these jelqing strokes, that is five additional seconds that your glans is being filled with maximum blood content. While my unit is naturally flushed with extra blood from jelqing, I touched my glans today after my UV session and it is definitely more firm then after my regular UV sessions.
