    2) It will be posted a lot less (and practically identical) new threads from members who don't fully get the written instructions alone.
    3) It will be much easier for dedicated members to simply link to the sticker posts with the instructions and videos - when new members anyway make a thread asking the 'hows' before really having read through the forum.
    4) Shy lurkers will easier be able to find the instructions and the videos for the exercises, and as a result it will be a lot less practice errors.
    5) It will probably be less injuries.

    In fact, even I have problems connecting the names of the various exercises that at some time in past I have seen videos of, if I haven't myself practiced the exercises for a while. I think my problem navigating into this isn't unique, so I believe that well-collected threads like described will be nice for all of us.

    Even how much I have loved browsing through the forums to understand the different exercises, I believe that it would have saved me - and most members - weeks or even months to understand PE overall, if the different exercises would have been more collected and visible the way I just described above.
