Just some quick questions. Whats the best way to gain flaccid girth? Is it just by doing normal girth work or is it to do flaccid work? When I searched this I found people saying fowfers and LAS and such, which I've been doing. It's just I've been doing these and seen great flaccid length gains, but they've been very unproportional to flaccid girth, I was just wondering if there was any way to remedy this? I know they'll probably come naturally if i'm just patient which I'm willing to do I was just trying to get my head around how doing flaccid stretches could increase flaccid girth.
And my second question is about errect kegels. I've been doing a kegel and reverse kegel routine and moved from flaccid kegels to errect kegels a few months ago, and i've been reading about them and the common phrase is 'if you can do 50 errect kegels you are ready to move on to slightly more advanced kegels'. I can do that, but often the final 10 or so are only semi-errect as doing them, especially if they are over 3 second holds each, causes me to lose errection. Should I be able to keep high EQ the whole way through these? Normally in my kegel routine I do a set, then maybe edge for a minute or too to bring EQ back up to full, then continue kegels.
