I've read a few threads on here and most have recommended warm downs after a PE session (JP90 for one) as well as a few individual posts/users. However, I had read a newbie starters kind of thread also that had quoted someone saying that warm downs are actually detrimental to growth and that cool downs should be used instead. (also saw individual users use cool downs in their routines)
So, what is the PEgym community's take on these and the benefits either have over the others?
