Hey fellas I'm about to finish the JP90 routine in 2 days. My schedule was 5 says on 2 days off and my aim was for length gains. I didn't finish with any gains but I'm not disappointed as I know it is a conditioning routine. I'm wondering now what is the next step and what you guys recommend ? Iv had thoughts about hanging and am wondering if now would be a good time to start.. or is it still to early ? Also do you recommend I take a couple days off or just jump right into a new routine ?
