hey guys, long time lurker here. so ive been really on and off with pe, taking 6 months off then back on for one or two months. ive done the jp90 when i started, but now i just jump straight into supraslammers when i resume. ive been back on for four days now, doing it for 40 minutes per session. ive also been doing tons of fowfers, no warm up cool down also. my question is , i see supraslammers as the do all routine, length and girth, should i be adding in something else? and another thing, im circumsized and when im flaccid, the upper half of my foreskin seems loose and ripply, is my foreskin regenerating? what if i dont want it to?
