    Hi, does anyone have any base girth exercise that worked really well?, Ive tried a coulle things but i wanna see what worked best for you guys, since i hear base girth can be tricky to gain...

    Hanging adds base girth, reverse jelqs. I don't do either but normal jelqs, tunica tugs and uli's seemed to make me gain everywhere so it added base girth for me.

      Hanging worked the best for base girth for me. About .5" gain in base girth in 5 or 6 months.

        My base always had about .5" more girth but after I did hanging for a few weeks it is about .625" more than the middle of my penis.

          What kinda hanging techniques do u use? As for reverse jelqs, do you guys recommend putting pressure on the back of the balls( gouc) to increase pressure on the inner penis?

            Most guys use a bib hanger and hang straight down or between the cheeks and see great base girth.

                  What if I hang with a shoelace or skinny sock? Will that still make base girth gains?

                      Hanging straight down or BTC. Also I feel big circle stretches contributed quite a bit along with side to side stretches.

                        Also I used the rice sock but it has a pretty low limit on weight and hanging will not make your midshaft smaller unless you stop work girth completely. Then you may lose a wee bit of what you have gained.

                          The side to side stretch is the be all end all of base girth exercises IMO, I gained almost 2 inches of base girth in four month doing them.

                              Ok thanks, any base girth gains seen while clamping on midshaft flaccid or almost fully erect? Maybe with kegals mixed in
