Hi there...... been fiddling around trying to come up with a weekly routine..... feedback would be hugely appreciated!
Objectives are ejaculatory control, EQ (with maybe some gains thrown in!) and generally a healthy man downstairs! Im not a newbie - been doing kegels (could do flacid 30 sec front kegel holds no probs) and edging for about a year but without any real regime.
MON - 30 mins Ballooning/edging - with ejaculation
TUES - Erect kegels - 10 sec bunker holds followed by 10 sec front reverse kegels and 10 sec rear reverse kegels. I do 10 reps of each of these performed as a circuit ie) BH then FRK then RRK. Have a bias here towards RKs for ejaculatory control/PE. There is usually some regular masturbation involved here as the kegels can result in a slight loss of erection, plus you do need a break in between reps IMO. There is no ejaculation at the end though.
THURS - As Tuesday
FRI - As Monday
Am always wary of overtraining but I was thinking of throwing in a jelq day. What do you think? And what do you think overall of the program?

2 on 1 off sounds pretty good! It looks like your routine is based on edging, kegeling, and some strange uli type shit? I have never heard of bunker holds before. My main concern here is that I see nothing about a warm up...it's always good to warm up to make your dick more pliable for the routine. If you're doing mainly kegels, you would put the heat on your BC area. Also if your objective is ejaculatory control, try not ejaculating after edging. Ejaculation right after PE also causes blood to leave the genital area, which doesn't necessarily help gains, although it probably doesn't hurt them. There was a study posted somewhere on PEGym that correlated more gains to fewer ejaculations, of course, it's entirely up to you. I'd also throw in some stretches there to keep your ligs nice and loose.

Since you aren't a beginner, I suggest learning to "hang".
"Hanging" increases length and will definitely desensitize your penis from stimulation(therefore affording you more control).
Note: Hanging may lower EQ...However, EQ will bounce back with a day or two of rest(usually with a vengeance).Lurked since 2010

This looks like a good routine for your goals. I doubt any gains will be made with this routine, but EQ, control and all around health will definitely accompany this routine! It may for the base girth with weight suspended by the ligaments and the tunic region at the base but that's about it.Begin 7/25/2011:
