Thread: Girth Routine to Follow JP90?

well i'm coming to the end of the JP90 next week.
Seen no gains really, maybe a 0.1 inch in BPEL, but that's about all.
But, that's pretty normal, right?
In any case, Length isn't really a problem factor for me. It's girth I need.
So i'm looking for some advice on where I should go next. Preferably a decent girth orientated routine.
I've had no problems or complications on the JP90.

Try tunica strecthes, take more time on your jelqs 3 seconds up and hold the glans for 2 seconds before finishing with the second hand. Also, are you ballooning after your sessions? It will increase your gain and it's great for girth.
