  • issue with jelqing

    Sometimes I really have issues with staying hard. Even when I haven't cummed in awhile, and I try to get my jelqing session in, I try so hard to use my mind, and it just doesn't work out always. I have to lean towards to porn to stay hard throughout my work out. Is it really a problem, or should I just not even jelq if I can't get hard by myself?


    Routine -
    Stretch - SOMETIMES
    Jelq / Edge with HORSE SQUEEZE - TWICE A DAY (both)
    Hang 5-7lbs - ONCE / TWICE A DAY

    If you watch a lot of porn, cutting back or quitting might help, as it often helps your EQ.

      I haven't watched porn in awhile, considering on my second jelq / edge / horse squeese session I'll bust right after im done for the day with all my work outs. I really love doing horse squeezes when I stop right before I bust. I think its a great thing to do rather then just sitting there wasting time when you're waiting to reach point right when you're about to cum

          on and off for a couple months, more on then off only taking 1 BREAK. I really need to start making my scedule about how long I've done things. I haven't even measured my penis from start to finish. I didn't b/c I knew I would make gains with the stuff I was doing, and wanna do it more for fun rather then the gains tbh. I love doing these exercises. I really wish I would've learned about this when I was 15-16 I'd be hung like a horse

            Have you ever thought that your issues may be caused by completely overdoing your PE? Hanging those sorts of weights and horse squeezes aren't something you do if you've only been PEing on and off for a couple of months. Your body more than likely senses the exercises as something bad and wants to try and protect the penis from them, hence the erectile issues.

              Maybe you're right. Cause I would stretch (sometimes) - > hang for an hour 20x3 - > 30 minutes jelqing -> 30 minutes of horse squeezes / edging ...... Should I maybe spread my workout throughout the day, instead of doing it all at once, or doing what I've been doing in one day isn't safe to begin with?

                Personally, I think you should completely stop with the overly advanced workouts, get on a beginner conditioning routine after a bit of a break to let yourself go back to normal, and stick to it rather than being on and off. You wouldn't just go to the gym with no workout experience and start trying to bench 200lbs, would you?

                  Yea, cause I woke up this morning with like some purples bruise like dots on my penis that feel like scratches kinda. I really haven't had any pain or discomfort while doing any of these exercises, sometimes I get pain in my glans when hanging with a sock, but I always take it off or readjust the wrap to make it more comfortable. I also have some light brown thing that wraps around my penis that seems slighty brown that might be bruised so idk, maybe I should take a break or go on the beginner route

                    but im defiantly not going to turn the clocks back, I'll probably just take a little break until these little bruises go away, and then continue to hang with maybe instead of 6-7 go down to 5 which has always been really comfortable for me. I started with 3lbs so.



                    and what I found out is I'm not fully doing a horse squeeze, i'll do the dime thing at the bottom of my penis, and squeeze for 20 seconds, but thats all I did, I didn't use my other hand to go upwards, so would you still see that has an advance exercise or no?
