    Hi guys,

    I was not active in the forum for a long period due to my master thesis and project, but from now on I guess I will be much more active. Although I had a terribly packed schedule I seriously followed my routine but problem is I cannot gain in girth. I have basic stretches even in girth work days, as it promotes the girth gain and jelqing efficiency. Now my BPEL:7.0" and BPSFL: 7.5" but girth still ranges between 5.0"-5.125". I have been jelqing, doing Uli's and squeezes regularly, taking 3 days rest per week but all I gain is girthy semi erected penis and even this gets lost as soon as I gave up jelqing in a few days. Some say that some people cannot gain in girth,do you think it might be the case for me? First I thought to fully concentrate on stretching and length gains but then I am afraid if I gain only in length I will have a pencil dick...Please help me to find a solution. All I want is BPEL: 7.5" and EG: 5.5-5.6". It does not seem unrealistic I guess. Thanks in advance guys!

      hi mate,

      for first 2 days;

      15 min warm up
      30 min stretching in every directions (holding 1 min per each stroke)

      3. and 4. days;
      15 min warm-up
      10 min stretching(same with the others)
      15 min jelqing with 60% erection
      15 min ULİ+ squeezes combination

      I dont have any warm down session...so 4 days on and 3 days off

        How long have you been doing PE for?

          I had a 3 months break last year but almost 1.5 years. Since early september I have been sticked into PE, roughly 10 months
