Thread: New Routine

Hello pegym members. I have a new routine I want to test out but I wanted imput as well. My routine is 30 helicopter stretches both clockwise/counter clockwise and 30 one second jelqs. So this takes around 1 minute total. The reason why it is just a minute is because I will have very little privacy for the months to come. Also this is right after i use the bathroom. I highly doubt this will affect gains but would this cement them?

That's hardly enough to cement gains, let alone really do anything PE wise. I can't imagine trying to do those exercises so fast and in such a short time would even be good for the penis, especially trying to do 30 circle stretches in 30 seconds.
