  • Could I see results?

    So I've been PE'ing about 4-5 months. I started with JP90 and didnt Rele get any newbie gains. I did however find out that I have that downward pull lig pop. Anyways my exercises have been warming up, stretching 5 directions, between 250-300 jelq's and between 5-10 supra slammers. I've just been wondering if thats to short of a workout or if anyone has done similar and still gained. Any advice on things to add? Thanks

      Everyone is different... You should try different routines and see what fits best with you and your unit and yes you can see the results/or not if you measure your penis...
