So I've been PE'ing about 4-5 months. I started with JP90 and didnt Rele get any newbie gains. I did however find out that I have that downward pull lig pop. Anyways my exercises have been warming up, stretching 5 directions, between 250-300 jelq's and between 5-10 supra slammers. I've just been wondering if thats to short of a workout or if anyone has done similar and still gained. Any advice on things to add? Thanks
