    Hey there fellow PE people!

For the longest time I have experienced superficial and/or deep dorsal vein leakage that inhibits maximum expansion of glans and corpus sponginosum during erections. I can get full, 9/10 erections that are rock hard, but that 10/10 (full spinginosum, full glans) can only be achieved when clamping, wearing a C-ring, or placing a finger over the veins and kegeling. Trapping the blood externally (with finger or C-ring, etc.) induces quite a substantial difference (perhaps 1/8" length and 1/8"-3/16" girth).

As far as I am concerned, this is congenital - I think I was born this way. Certainly no injuries sustained that have compromised erection quality and filling pattern.

Anyone know how to fix this? It would really be great to have all 3 chambers firing...

You could try a kegel /rk routine .
    Prolonged edging may also help.

I assume btw that you have had this medically verified.

    Thanks for the feedback, guys!

Pegasus: No. Never medically verified. I'm assuming its venous leakage due to the obvious difference in erection quality between clamping and unclamping the dorsal veins. By the way, what is an "/rk" routine?

Everyone gets harder and fuller erections while clamping, you just need kegels to make your erection stronger.
If you wake up with morning wood and can keep an erection during sex or masturbation then you do not have a venous leak.

rk is reverse kegels, there's many threads here on it you can seach for it, they are beneficial to a balanced pelvic region.

If its not venous leakage, then I don't know what to call it... I do not have ED as erections are strong (9/10) and easily achieved. But the fact remains that while the corpus cavernosum fully expands, the sponginosum and glans are approximately half full.

I understand that clamping/wearing a C-ring gives you that 110% erection. This is not the objective, per se. Rather, I would just like to optimize the potential for sponginosum and glans expansion.

Found some interesting threads on reverse kegels. Should I focus more on the taint area or the belly button area as far as muscle innervation/sensation goes?

You have a normal penis like everyone else. I can have a full hard erection but if I kegel and clamp it with my hand like a uli then my cs and glans will get even larger, it's normal.

A front reverse kegel you feel it like when you try and force pee out, like a pressure right behind where the penis is attached to your body, and a back reverse kegel is the taint area, unexperienced people normal just do them both in a group, like how they do the regular kegels. Later with time you can do all 4 seperate.

It's your superficial dorsal vein draining your glans cs. In a normal penis that vein only drains the penile skin and prepuce. Your problem lies not in your Pc muscle.
Does squeezing the glans cause it to shrivel (erect) or does it resist?
Your only option is to tie off the vein or live with it. Your penis would be much more rigid as I'm sure youve realized. Also I think you are at risk for worsening the issue with PE, by enlarging the tributary. So tread carefully..
