I am very new here, and I think this site is AWESOME!! Almost all the questions a guy wants to know but would never want to know are answered!!!
Anyway, I am wondering if this is permanent or if when you stop doing PE will the results fade or backtrack a little bit. I ask this because my schedule can be crazy and I wouldn't want to get bigger, then shrink. Because I think that would be worse than just never growing in the first place.
I think my girl would notice the shrink and don't think it would be as good. But either way these exercises are genius and brilliant!!! And again finding this site has been huge for my point of view on sex etc. which has always been a big part of my life.
