    You drop the hanging or read hanging 101 and do a proper routine or you may hinder future gains.

    Bigd you have been given good advice; you are simply doing way too much. Everman gave you great advice that maybe you just didn't understand. I will caution you to respond to those who come here and try to help to either be kind in your reponse to them or simply ignore them. I get really cranky when I see good heartedness get pissed on. Okay enough said!!!!!

    So, you think dropping the 5lbs work out? Like I was thinking about maybe doing 40 minutes instead of an hour, and is doing a certain amount of execerises throughout the day just as harmful as doing them all at once?? like maybe I could hang during the day and do jelqing and edging at nightt. would it be bad to jelq then edge?

    Re-read Steve's comment to you. He tells you, if you want to hang to read the hanging 101 thread he linked. It will help you understand what other exercises you can't do when following a hanging routine. It will also help you understand hanging in general, which will help you with results.

    So apprently I really was doing too much, I'm going to drop my routine down a little bit. I just dont understand what light jelqs are I usually jelq right after hanging for 30 minutes
