Does it matter which site you buy Bathmate from?

I notice on Bath-mate.com it's going for $147 plus $19 in shipping, and on another site it's going for $119.95 with free shipping. Is one a knock off or they both the same? I wouldn't imagine people already making knock off Bathmates but anything is possible these days..
