hey kingpole, thanks for the informative thread.
I am a noob more or less so i'll be sticking with my 90 day beginners routine for now, but i have a question re. girth work as i will eventually be looking more at this than anything else.
when you say 2 days on, 48-72 rest, does this go for the entire PE routine? I mean, do you cease all other regimen when you start to concentrate on girth? Or do you carry on the usual routine, with extra girth work only added at the rate you suggest?
Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, i couldn't find it!

Hey, just finished doing the Intermediate routine, I'm planning on doiing the following routine:
Warm-Up (20 minutes)
Basic Stretch routine (Helicopters, Stretch, Circle Stretch)
2 Tunica Tugs (45 seconds each)
2 minutes Wet jelq
1 Uli (30 seconds)
Repeating the Jelq and Uli until I've done five Ulis, then...
Flaccid Bends (1 in each direction)
Warm Down (20 minutes)
Too little? Too much? Should I do ten Ulis instead, or add in an Uli every week or something?08/11/09: 7" BPEL (6.5" NBPEL) x 5" EG
Recent: 8" BPEL (7.5" NBPEL) x 5" EG
Goal: 1' BPEL x 6" MEG

It would only seem to take 10 minutes or so [excluding warmup + warm down]
Seems too good to be true!
Also, would it be OK to use my Bathmate on 'off' days?

adding to the question above, so that means my PE week would only consist of two days per week? (not counting edging and kegal days)
Since you say these exercises should be considered as a FULL workout, not just a set of exercises to add into your already existing PE workout?9/10/13 - 5In Girth, 5.75In NBPEL
