Sorry for the abrupt disappearance. I've had an amazing few months. I went to Australia for a month or so, got back a few days ago. Been real busy. Working a new job and that, haven't any time for PE.

Being back home, I think I can squeeze time in. It's been on my mind, I've just been doing fowfers or bed fowfers or something for months or so. Actually made some tiny gains.

I need motivation to get going again! Inspire me!
