    Hi guys,
    I would like to show you my way in the PE. I have some ideas, which I haven`t read in the forums, and I think that they could be usefull for some of you. Here s the first thing:

    3 days on 1 day off - which means 3 days of exercises and on the 4th day - have a rest. So, why 3 days?
    The first reason is because most of the programes are based ot 5 days of exercising or more, which makes them a bit "heavy" and not "mobile". This means that it is a bit hard for the penis to be exercised for 5 or more days without having a break. It will be hard even for you to do jelqs or stretching 5 or more days without a rest.
    The "off-day" - this is a day to take a break for a while and I also call it "ejaculating day". This is the day when you can masturbate for free and ejaculate if you want. During the 3 days of exercising it`s absolutely forbidden to ejaculate, because when you do this you lose your testosterone and no testosterone, no "man power", which means little gain. About the masturbation while exercising - well, masturbation without ejaculation is the base ot the edging, so it`s good for you control over your penis and the ejaculation, but a little bit bad about the growth. You can see in some charts in the site, where the bigger gainers masturbate a few times a month. But don`t get it too serious, because there are many circumstances which affect the growth.
    But, 3 on and 1 off is not one cicle from your programe - it`s a half one. For example:
    if your programe is separated in weeks - 1st week 50 jelqs and 10 min stretching (the base ot the programe), after finishing the first group of 3 days on and 1 day off, you should continue with the program for the 1st week. And after finishing 2 sections ot 3 on and 1 off (8 days) - which is a little bit more than a week, you can continue with week number 2 from your programe. That`s from me, sorry for the grammar mistakes

    Alot of people do 2 days on 1 off including me but this is the first time i've seen 3 days on. I say if it works for you go for it.
    Again on my rest day i do the ejaculation day too but the stuff you are on about is not proven at all.
    Hell in Arnold Schwarzenegger he said he masterbated after workouts.

    I do 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 4 off. I've done tons of variations- that's what is great about PE, you can craft it to fit your goals, your lifestyle and your schedule

    I'm sorry, but I don't really follow the line of no ejaculating. I know why but there are ways to boost your test levels to prevent any kind of drastic drop off.
    Also, while edging, you would typically ejaculate at the end. (I know you don't have too and all but most do as they don't want blue balls). Besides that, having a dry orgasm would still lower your test levels as your body thinks it did ejaculate, IMO.
    I am a firm believer that frequent ejaculation is the best thing for a mans health as it benefits the prostate among other things. If you are worried about test levels, there are foods that can help with that, supplements, items (ring of power comes to mind), and even the time of day to workout in prime test level state (mornings from what I've read). Heck, even doing exercises will help boost your test levels.

    Well, may be I haven`t searched too much in the forum, but I saw only 5 or 6 days of excercising and then a day or 2 off. But still haven`t figured out about maintaining the results...

    Different people have different routines, for sure. I have been following a 1 on 1 off routine to start with and this week I'm going to a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off routine so i can keep my PE on the same days each week.
