Thread: Rotuine with supra slammers

Ok I was wondering what would be a good routine to do with slammers. I've been doing supras for 3 weeks, only 5 each session, and I would do 1 on 1 off to be very careful not to overtrain my penis. Right now I do sets of tunica tugs, bundles stretches, A stretches, and inner penis stretches. My stretches last around 30 min to finish. Then I do 20 jelqs, and then do my 5 supras. I was just wondering what a good routine would be with supras since I'm fairly new to them. I know there are many people with experiences with supras, and I want to know what worked for you guys.

Take it slow and let your EQ and PI's know if you're doing too much or too little, if you're getting into supraslammers then you should already know what routine works for you or not and how to incorporate it properly so you don't overwork yourself. And hope you've been doing PE for at least 5-6 months.

I do 4 rounds of stretches in all directions, then 2 helicopter stretches. After that I jelq for 10minutes, before I do 6-10 supra slammers. Earlier I wood at 8-10 minutes of pumping on top of that, but recently I've had too much fluid build up after both slammers and pumping, so I've layed off the pumping for a while.. The total routine including warm up takes about an hour or less.. Wrap up afterwards! At least I feel this combination attack both girth and length, but I'm yet to see any major erected results. Flaccid I'm huge after work out, and with wrapping I can keep it most of the day. When Jr is tired, sore, and I don't wrap him, he turtles back and hides again.. But in general, I feel a little bit bigger after every work out! And yea.. I have no strict 2on1off thing. I go between 1 to 4 on, depending on PI, soreness and whether I have time or not. Some days I only jelq, other I only stretch, depending on soreness. But I try never to go with more than 1 day doing nothing at all..
