I just swallowed my pride and told my wife. At first she was literally dumbfounded and couldn't figure out why I would do such a thing. She also said that she was glad that I told her, because if she had found out on her own she would have wondered if there was a different motive (another woman, etc). She also worried about things becoming too big.
In the end, she approves of it now and supports me in it. She has also said that she does enjoy the results (I am now at a 40+%increase in total volume) and even agreed that I can continue as long as it continues to fit.

You have nothing to lose by telling her. Also, a tip: Make sure she knows its not because of anything she did and that it is a personal journey for yourself. Explain to her that it is your insecurity that you want to fix and that her understanding means a lot to you.

Thanks! I just did the math - its actually 42.1% to be exact (i haven't ran the numbers in a while) My 1 year PE anniversary is coming up in November, so I'm turning up the heat and would love to see +50% by then!

that's what i was thinking. if i don't have to hide it i will feel better about keeping a routine. I've already opened up by telling her I've came across these exercises for penile health and they might add some size. Of course she came back with the "oh your fine how you are" stuff but i dont think she would mind a little extra meat so i plan on telling her Im doing them today.

I bought a extender and tried to hide it from my wife for about 3 weeks. Finally after being annoyed at her every time she came around when I was putting it on or changing the settings etc... I realized to do this I needed to tell her. I just said "Honey I bought this exerciser for my dick"! I told her it would make me last longer and just have a healthier penis. She was all for it and was very supportive. Now I can be wearing it with her there and not hide it at all. Its sooooo much easier to just be honest. Just say its for better penis health. She wont freak out.
