It's for improving your erection quality. What woman doesn't like a stiffer penis?

Yeeeesh.
I feel bad for you guys telling your gfs / wives. Call me pessimistic but relationships never last for ever and sorry to say but every girl that moves on to another guy will eventually let out that you tug on your junk in insecurity to girlfriends or new boyfriends. This is a natural release women do to move on.
Women are mean like that don't think they can keep stuff down like us men. Eventually your reveal will embaress your self.
My advice. Only reveal if you are comfortable with everyone knowing eventually.

So what if other people find out you tug or kegel? Is an exercise to keep your penis healthy, same as other people do sit ups to tighten the stomach muscles. Women do kegels to tighten the pelvic floor muscle and most do it to avoid leaking!
My husband told me and I became his helper. I loved doing the jelqs for him and reminding him to do his routine. Is a matter of educating people. If you are not embarrassed about it, it is not an issue. I talk about it all the time and I am a woman.Last edited by MrsLooking4more; 08-09-2014 at 12:06 AM.

I would caution you regarding your generalizing about women as there are a number of amazing ladies here that not only are sympathetic to male issues, but offer wise and encouraging advice, not only to the ones they share their bodies with, but to all of us that seek to be the best men we can be. I would hope beachbay that in time you will garner enough respect for your penis that it will graduate from being your "junk". At the end of the day, a "glass half empty" attitude towards women, will only ensure that you remain single more than otherwise. If you find that you have been burned by a few of these "mean women"....then be more selective....are you not worth it?

We should not jump him too quickly because there is some truth to what he is saying.
Best to be in a very secure relationship before telling your other half. We can all say we're proud of it but I would bet 90 percent of our members that are not married haven't told anyone about PE.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

You're right BigO. Even some of us married guys didn't say anything right away.
For those who don't know, let me tell you my story.
I first came across the book (Exercising the Penis) accidentally while surfing through Amazon. I was intrigued and ordered the book. The book then led me to this wonderful place. I had ED and Pre-E problems and also wanted to add size so I figured I would give it a try. I was very skeptical so what I did was tell my wife that I was working on a project but couldn't tell her what it was. I figured I would give PE a try and if it actually worked then I would tell her. Well it didn't take long before she noticed some changes. First she noticed the better EQ and that I was lasting a lot longer. Then she started saying things like "I think your dick is getting bigger, must be the T shots you are taking". I was taking T shots at the time (another story) so I just agreed and went with that. This went on for quite a while and then I finally decided to tell her. I really didn't know what to expect but I did know that there was no disputing that PE does indeed work. To my pleasant surprise she was very supportive and wanted to know more. She told me that she was very touched that I would devote so much time and effort into something that would benefit both of us. She was VERY happy that she had the hard cock back that she married so long ago. Then she became my PE helper and my partner in crime here at the Gym.
All I can say is LIFE IS GOOD.Bondage.
Some people call it domestic violence.
We call it foreplay.
Got cuffs? GAME ON!
My routine and gains.

I think I'm something of an exception in that, in "what I do" I am quite an open book. I have found that when I am completely open and candid with the NUMEROUS people that I deal with daily, I tend to gain the level of trust and confidence that comes when people feel that they are dealing with one who really understands the joys and pitfalls of the human experience. One could say that I'm a counselor...but it goes MUCH deeper than that. Words are tools with two agendas....to heal and to hurt. Actions that back up words, regardless of the intent, convey honesty in it's most convincing form. What joy is it when we find another person, regardless of sex, that can not only sympathise, but empathise with us regarding the most basic, yet critical aspects of our own selves?
