I completely understand what you guys are saying, especially since jelqing primarily targets the smooth muscle...however, I've done routines that are supposed to "boost my EQ" (ie. 200 OK jelqs 3x a week, edging post-workout, 100 kegels 3x a week). I saw no increase in my EQ.
When I say I eat very healthy, I also mean that I eat a ton of food. My job right now is, oddly enough, my fitness level...it requires me to maintain a certain size and conditioning level. I won't go into details about my job for reasons of anonymity, but believe me when I say it is near impossible for me to have a caloric deficit right now!
I will, however, add in a 15 minute warm-up!

200 jelqs and 100 kegels 3x a week? That is definitely not a whole lot.
Since you've been doing that routine a while ( I assume from reading the original posts ) up your jelqs to 300 every day. After 3 weeks bump it up to 400-600 depending on how much time you have. I'd also add maybe some trapping at that time. Simply trap at the base and hold for 10 seconds after every 50 jelqs. As for kegels, give the following routine a try:
100 quick squeezes
50 - 5 sec. holds
1 - 1 min hold.
Do these while keeping yourself erect.
Just a tip if you want to try out something else that has made my EQ a lot better, fast.

The routine I do and suggested is if you want to grow as your subject line says. If you want to improve EQ and not grow, forget the stretching routine as it will not improve EQ. Keagles and jelques are the primary tools but you need to go with a girth routine to plump, plump, plump that sucker up till it's ready to burst. The way I understand the TGC theory is that, you first got to pull, when you have pulled some length out, then you need to jelq to work on the smooth muscle to get EQ to a 10. Then pull again, and the cycle repeats till it reaches your genetic limits. I'm going on a exclusive jelqing routine now.

I have read this entire thread and it is most definately your tunica that is your limiting factor. I would do a stretching routine that is almost all stretching with a very small amount of jelques and / or squeezes.

If you have a slight reduction of EQ and/ or turtleing in the beginning do not let it discourage you, it is very common to have a reduction in EQ with any stretch heavy routine as it is also with extending or hanging. If manual stretching does not provide enuff you will probably need to go with extending or a hanger. My stretched flaccid was the same as my BPEL when I started hanging and now it is 1/4 to 3/8ths longer. This is exactly the result I was seeking and I think it may be your required corse of action. It takes time so dont get bummed. If you can go for 4 years I would say you definately have the patience already, best of luck and check out the link.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

i would suggest not kegeling more than 3 days a week . they can be pushed hard but demand rest. it is skeletal muscle but not fast twitch fibers like those of your legs that can handle daily stress. reverse kegels are a different story.
i agree after 4 years, 200 jelqs a week is not a lot.
lastly, routines should progress. you will certainly plateau if you are not adding tension/pressure/extra reps as your body acclimates to the program
if you havent already i would suggest stopping any porn watching completely.
and meditation, meditation, meditation.....does wonders for eq
also 4 months is not enough time to rate a routine. i think 1 year is, which i why you should pick a high quality routine and stick with it with extreme dilegence

I want to again clarify.. is your EQ with girls or increasing your size your main goal? With your tunica being your limiting factor the goals might temporarily be conflicting.Jan 1 2016: 6.6" BPEL 4.4" MSEG

Yes it's rather frustrating that I have conflicting goals. On one hand, I want my EQ to be that of a damn rock when I'm with women, but on the other hand, I most certainly would love to achieve my dream size of 7.5 NBPEL and 5.5 mid-shaft girth.
It seems like I cannot achieve both currently with my tunica being the limiting factor. I have about 2-3 weeks coming up at the end of July where I not be able to do any PE whatsoever...perhaps until then I solely focus on my EQ levels.
Though I have begun to really enjoy bundled stretches...they're pretty fun to do
