    I updated the thread today with some girth routines.

    Now that school is out, this thread will get a HUGE makeover. LOTS of new material will be added. People will scream of joy.

    I have just recently started the O bends and had a couple quick questions.
    1. You always use 2 hands to perform?
    2. My unit is covered when I use all 4 fingers for the exercise, do I perform the bends with one hand?
    3. Do I just use less fingers so I can bend my unit?

    Hope these weren't dumb questions. Just want to perform the exercise correctly. Thanks

    1. Always use two hands to perform the exercise. One hand is the OK grip, one hand bends the penis.
    2. I dont quite understand the question. When you use 4 fingers, you should have only the tip of the glans sticking out. You want to bend that. (glans girth)
    3. If you cant see the tip of your glans with all 4 fingers, turn it down to 3...you have to adjust every exercise to your penis.

    This is a great thread Radio Head. I'm working on the beginners routine at the moment but as soon as I'm done I'm going to start a girth program, focusing on the tunica since my eq is very high. Keep up the good work everyone!

    I have found over time that I get a much better jelq, wet, dry, with my thumb and finger towards my belly. This grip is the only way that the 3PDJ'S can be performed successfully. You will only be able to jelq out about an inch because you have pulled all the skin forward when you were pulling your penis out. Once you have the O.K. grip at the base, release your other hand. You will feel a Bump there at the base, jelq over it as far as the skin will let you. Don't release the O.K. grip, you'll lose your pull. Hold and slide back to the base. Do about 15-25 of these. Release the O.K. grip and move up the shaft just below mid shaft, just ahead of where you were jelqing the lower bump. Pull out with other hand Re-grip with the O.K. grip and then release the stretch.
    Jelq this area and bump, 15-25 times. Jelq to the Glans, or as far as the skin will let you. Move up to about 3/4"-1" below the Glans. (Pull all the skin forward and let it bunch up around the glans.) Grip there and Jelq to the Glans. You should feel a small bump in this area. Do these whenever you can and I guarantee your girth will increase.


    After jelqing the lower bump and while still holding the O.K. grip, pull straight up for a count of 15. do the same when at the mid-shaft, before releasing, when you have finished the 15-25 reps, pull straight up again for a count of 15. These are great for stretching the Base Ligs and Tunica. JP

    Sorry lazy have not realize this could puzzle other so much and I can't dig any video and I tried to video my understanding but it did not work. So far I have only discover 3 of JP PE Exercise (JP share the other and don't give me hard time searching):

    1.V Jelq (girth routine for beginner)
    2. Tunica Thug (length routine advance 3months PE experiance needed to perform)
    3. 3DPJ (girth advance 3months PE experiance needed to perform)
    This three have no officila video as far as I know (the v jelq was just added recently)

    I had just added JP step on V jelq (the palm facing up and the jelq towards the belly), Uli 3 (starting at the base pumping the blood), and 3 C Phantasy 3 part stretch. Combine those three and you will have the 3part Jelq done at 20%30% erection. ^^


    Here's how understand it, the differens in a regular DRY Jelq was the grip and the limit on how far you can jelq.
    1 ) The grip was over hand grip, put it in the shaft, move it to the underside without loosing the grip.
    2 ) With your other hand pull the skin as much as you can. Then thighten the grip and reach as low as you can, probably you will touch your balls to reach the inner penis(Note I just inverted the procedure for the grip for better visualization)
    3 ) Jelq as if your doing the dry jelq, you'l feel the bump, you cant go to far, maybe an inch due to the pulled skin, count 15-25.
    4) Without realsing the skin move to the other part where it is unjeq, you won't reach tip of the glan leaving unjelq areaa, repeat again the count.
    5) After that move to the 2/3 or 1/4= depends on the 3part which not yet jelq, and do the dry jelq.

    Well somehow I hope I would know if I'm doing it right and help other who decide to do this^^

    I'm mainly interested in gaining girth, trying the Uli out now. Intense stuff, I realize I might be slightly over my head, (which one?) so I'm taking it slow and building up...

    The Uli's and 90% jelqs work very well. I'm up to a max of about 5.5 girth now...
