I'll check out these bundled stretches, erect bends, and tunica tugs as well. I think I understand the basic concept behind the bundled stretch, although I've never tried it before. It targets girth?

Hey buddy, I am also in the same spot you are, however I am forced to postpone my PE due to certain living conditions (roomies and public showers). One thing I would recommend you try are horse squeezes. Now, they are just the same as Uli's, but add a little more pressure. First you squeeze your member into a Uli position with one hand. Then, with the other hand, LIGHTLY squeeze the glans (or head) of your penis to force blood back into your shaft.
Id highly recommend horse squeezes at your stage, but add them slowly. if your doing 5 Ulis, do 4 Ulis and 1 Horse squeeze at the end instead. every week susbstitute another Uli for Horse squeeze until you are at 5 Horse squeezes.
Now, be very careful with these. The first time I was doing them, I bursted so many capillaries that I had a polka dot dick. Had to take a couple weeks off from PE, which was a huge setback imo.
Anyway, goodluck with your PE! oh, and remember your living conditions could be a lot worse than they are! stupid public showers.. :[

I know exactly what you mean! I'm currently at a Job Corps in Utah. They have two kinds of dorms there; old and new. I spent most of my time in the old dorm (public showers and bathrooms) before moving to one of the newer dorms.
I've heard of these squeezes you speak of. People have also recommended supra slammers. I'll be trying both to see what I like. Thanks!

Dont under estimate the bundled stretch, also good for girth, the torsion expands the tunica very well.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I've come to a decision. Due to my life situation, I cannot currently devote the time to girth that I would like to. Because of this, I've decided to pursue length. I will stretch for 10-15 minutes every night by sitting on my cock. I will then do what I believe are fulcrum stretches throughout the day. Every time I take a piss, I'll do one or two stretches where I pull my cock outward and down over a finger underneath and at the base. So I'll be stretching throughout the day as well. What I'm a little confused on is tunica tugs. I want to do these as well. How should I integrate them into the stretching routine? Do tunica tugs result in girth gains, or do they just loosen up the tunica allowing for girth gains to be made via other means such as jelqs, ulis etc. How long does it typically take to notice results from the tugs? What kind of gains can I expect? And how many should I do per day for how long. Advice please! Thanks!

Instead of increasing time, you should increase intensity. Girth exercises should feel like your dick is pumping up past its limits. Take it to the limit. Take rest if you need it.
I don't have answers for your tunica tug questions but TLC theory says the tunica is the limiting factor in girth for most men so I would focus on those.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"

I felt I was at a plateau as well. The following helped me past it and I have noticed some good gains in the past month. I haven't measured, but can just tell.
I stopped jelqing as much and it has helped my EQ.
I do "bundled fowfers." Bundle stretches while doing bed fowfers.
Reverse ULI, or the last step, kinda, of supraslammers. At 90-100% erection, okay grip just below the glans and then do some hard kegels.
Finally, at 75-90% erection, I lay my penis on the counter and flatten it like kneading bread.
