Girth problems...

  • Girth problems...

    Hello I have been in PE for 3 months...
    My problem is I have seen some gains...
    Its in my signature, and my girth looks like it hits
    a plateau...
    After my last gain in 2nd month I didn't gain on my girth after my 3rd month...
    Any comments and suggestions is highly appreciated and a sample routine focusing on girth...

    My routine:

    warm-up 10 min
    stretching 5 directions/35 seconds hold(STRAIGHT OUT, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT)
    Jelquing 10 min(150 strokes/3 secs)
    Warm-down
    Kegels 60 in total(3 sets/20 reps/5 seconds hold)
    JAI stretch (before and after bath)

    1 on/2 off schedule
    Starting Stats
    April 12, 2012
    FL - 3.5 in
    BPEL - 5.2 in
    EG - 4.3 in

    Current Stats (After 3 months)
    July 16, 2012
    FL - 4.00 in
    BPEL - 5.875 in
    EG - 4.5 in

    Short Term Goal
    BPEL - 6 in
    EG - 4.75 in

    Long Term Goal
    BPEL - 7 in
    EG - 5.5 in

    Ever thought of adjusting the schedule? I do 5 on then 2 off mon-fri on sat-sun off.

      Last time that I tried to switch into 1 on/1 off..my unit shrinks and I overworked it...
      Then I go back to 1on/2off schedule...Thanks for the input man...
