Hey guys Ive been doing some research on parts of my routine and have come up with some of my own questions.
20 mins warm up
2x stretches in all directions for 30 sec hold
110 side to sides
15 mins jelqing (10-40%)
edging with the old ball and chain to warm down
I increase side to sides and jelqing time each week.
First, I have been doing side to side stretches with my routine. When I do them I spread my legs almost like Im sitting on a horse, I pull down then quickly go back and forth touching the inside of my thigh on each leg. I dont reset by letting of tension from the downward stretch itself. I have seen the video and some instructions where the person leaves off tension on the downward stretch then reapplies it at the beginning of each rep. Ive tried both ways so far and I do like the stretch I feel both ways. Which way are you guys doing it?
Second, with my above routine, I am trying to target length specifically. My question is should I be doing more for girth to balance it out? Or wont it really matter? I have been doing this for over 3 months now. I started very light and consistently did the same thing for 2 months, then thats when I started gradually increasing everything.
Third, Im unsure about rest days. My dick is always tired after a workout, but later that night I can be right back in the action with my girlfriend. Im currently doing 2 on and 1 off. Im wondering if I should increase it to daily? Or even do two regular days, one light, two regular again, then take the weekend off. So far with just 2 on 1 off, I havnt had any negative effects when having sex with my girlfriend, if anything I look bigger and feel much harder, which she keeps commenting on. Im just wondering if I should throw in more days? I Have the extra time now, and I love doing my PE workout.

If you want purely length, I would just drop the jelqs, there's much better stretches to do for length gains than low erection % jelqs.
Your dick shouldn't be tired after a workout, that means you are doing too much.

I would say actually keep about 5-10 minutes of jelqs, I think they are beneficial with EQ and overall health regardless of whether they're as effective for length or not.
I do the same thing as you for side-side stretches, I never let off the tension.
As for rest days, as you get more experienced and know your body and PIs better I recommend not doing a set schedule. Just do your routine as many days in a row as you can as long as you are getting positive PIs. Any time you have negative PIs take the day off. That's what I do anyhow, and it has been working excellently for me!

I didnt mean that it is tired as in cant get it up, bad PIs. I mean that It physically feels like I got a good workout. Like after the gym, my muscles feel "tired" but I can still easily do more if I wanted. I mean I hope I am not doing to much!!
I did originally try just stretching. The problem I seemed to run into was that afterwards I was having low EQ. Thats when I added jelqing in, and it does seem to make me much harder. While the idea of simplifying my routine even more is tempting, I do think I need the jelqs. Plus my goal is not only to get to my ideal length but to also have a healthier penis overall. I really like jelqs and will probably always do them.
BTBrian, I like the idea of going non stop till My body feels like it needs a rest. I do this with the gym. I think Ill gradually ease into a longer schedule, adding a day every few weeks. So do you think the low level jelqing wont effect length that much? I had read it would, and like I said I notice an improvement in overall EQ with the jelqs but have no Idea if its helping with length.
Also Since im focusing mostly on length, If I decrease my jelqs what should I add or increase to make up for it?

I'd decrease jelqs and just add some more stretching personally. The jelqs will help with length, but compared to stretches the effect it will have is minimal. But like you said, I think jelqs are the bread and butter for keeping EQ up, I'd never drop them no matter what my goal. Just make sure if you're going with a routine without a set schedule that you pay good attention to your body and know your PIs, don't overdo it.

Thanks Brian! One more question, do you think I should continue the lower level jelqs for EQ, or do a higher level jelq for EQ? Im not sure if one would be more effective then the other. All I know is when I am edging a lone my EQ hovers at like 8-9, but when I am with my girlfriend I get so hard it actually starts to hurt.

For EQ specifically you are better off with jelques at 50-70%, I actually think your routine looks very good just the way it is. I also agree with BT about rest days, I only take them when I feel I need to or when I just cant do anything due to work schedule.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
