In september I like many are going to university.
This means lots of shared space and not that much free time.
Just a question to anyone who has already experienced these situations any tips of how to combat these new situations eg
How to warm up? a 10 minute warm up with hot water in a jar for me isn't going to work anymore now all taps are public.
And then generally what times did you find most convenient to work out and basically any other tips that you could throw out there
as I am sure there will be more users who are going to experience this same problem.

Well to be honest i have not encountered this problem. But i got a tip if you want to listen to it, if you have done the jp90 you could try dry jelq. Dry jelq is the same has jelqing just without the lube of course. And insted of hot water you could use a small rice sock wrapped around your penis, but you do need a microwave or another method to heat the rice sock. the time to work out would be when you have time at the day and you are alone. I hope i could help a little at least.
If you have not completed the JP90 day routine, i would advice you to at least complete it first, because going to advanced exercises might hurt your penis permanent insted of helping gain. Because what i noticed since i am still a newbie i used to much force when trying more advanced exercises with force. But of course it was ok if i did not use a lot of force, on uli i used too much force once i got like around 8 big red dots on my penis max. But i healed it after 1 day so there is no problem.
But if you will go against the advice and try dry jelq since you do not have that much options, promis me you will not use any force doing the exercise just enough to pressure blood.
Please have a routine each day, that you PE at that same time each time, if you can.
And to all you PRO people out there please note me if anything is wrong.

I usually do a 5 min warm up with the water running. Just face the shower head so that the water falls on your penis. Then I do this simple routine:
1. Bundled Stretch: 4 minutes
(a) To the right, 1 minute
(b) To the left, 1 minute
(c) To the right, 1 minute
(d) To the left, 1 minute
2. Normal jelq for 2 minutes

Well, I'm in college, and it is hell for me to get there from home, but I do it everyday, so I can only imagine some solutions, if any. Well, do you have a sink near your bedroom? If so you could try to discretely get a towel wet with hot water and get that to warm your penis up and down. For the bulk of the routine, you can do a smaller routine, and especially one that doesn't involve a lot of big motions or noises.

I live with two other roomates and privacy has never been an issue for me.
I use a microwave to warm up a rice sock. When they asked me what the rice sock was for, I told them that I have sore muscles and it feels good. If you look at my routine, I'm using my rice sock up to 6 times a day. They probably think I've strained something on myself... But you know what? They don't press it too much.
Act cool about it and they will too.
A lot of people use baths or showers to warm up. I personally don't like it for two reason: It wastes a lot of water. This is A. Environmentally unfriendly and B. financially unintelligent, if you're paying for it. It also warms up your testes, which is not good for the boys.
If you want to use a cloth, tell them it's good for your skin. Or make up some other lie. lol
just remember to hide your lube and/or devices after each use.

First of all, I don't recommend dry jelqing, especially if you're uncut. It can really stretch the skin out, and for me it is very uncomfortable.
When I was at college, I lived alone, so I didn't have much of a problem. But I warm up and do all my exercises in the shower. I think you should try this if you have no other options. As Toad said, it wasted water, but I've never had to pay for water so I didn't care much. You could warm up at night and then go to your room and exercise privately. You could also use a rice sock if you have access to a microwave.Starting (02/21/12): 4.81 BPEL x 4.31 mid-EG
