I'm 22 years old and I realized I had some issues of ED when it related to sex. I had difficulty getting it up especially with a condom. Sometimes i could get a decent erection then I would cum real fast. But after I cummed no matter what I did, I couldn't get my dick up again. I would get it to like 70% again through sheer concentration but it would quickly go down. I figured my problems were related to masturbation because on I averaged I jerked off 7-9 times per week. I did watch some porn early on throughout my life but in the past year I haven't watched much porn. When I jerk off I look at pictures of girls in clothes or bikinis (is that bad for ED?)
I'm about 2 months through JP90 and I gained about .15-.2 inches of length and girth. I decided that this would be a good time to do a reboot. Does PE hurt your reboot progress because you have to get your dick up to a certain level to jelq? Does rebooting make your PE gains accelerate? I'm hoping to reboot for about a month, is that enough so that I don't ever have to worry about my EQ? If it helps, I'm about 7.6-5.5 when hard.

Yes I'm most likely going to give on all porn forever. For the rebooting period I hope to not masturbate or have to edge outside of PE.

I quit watching porn completely as I began PE. I have stayed off it, and have no need to go back. PE does not hurt your reboot at all. If you need to get harder for your routine, use imagination and avoid masturbation (this will make it easier for you to get to higher arousal levels quickly). I don't think rebooting will accelerate your gains, but for me, it allowed me better control of my erection for better workouts. I'm not sure what you mean by 'rebooting for a month'. If you reboot, and then go back to watching porn regularly, the ED issues will return as well.
As for the bikini pics, it's better than porn. But IMO, imagination is the best way to go if you want no detrimental effects to EQ.Starting (02/21/12): 4.81 BPEL x 4.31 mid-EG

At 22 you shouldn't be experiencing ED. Seriously. How's your general health? Any psychological issues? Anxiety, stress, depression can all cause problems getting it up. I might consider seeing a doctor. At 22, I was J/O at least 7 to 9 times per week (which isn't abnormal) but never had any issues with ED.
How's EQ when J/O with porn? Might just be performance anxiety. Bear in mind that it can be hard to get an erection after having an orgasm: that's just the normal refractory period. Sometimes it lasts only a few minutes, sometimes it lasts a few hours. Just life, I guess...
