I have made over 2'' of length gains in my 2 years of consistant PE and only lost a small fraction in the year i stopped. However, in all of that time, I only ever gained .25 inches of girth.
My focus now is going to be on the warm up, kegels, and massage to get loose, followed by some short stretching. Then i plan to move into 100 jelqs, some erect stretches, several ulis and horse squeezes, and then bent jelqing/bent ulis around 30-60% erect as an exercise leading to a cooldown.
If i do that 5 days a week, will that be sufficient to stimulate gains? I have a conditioned unit. I know gains will be slow, but as long as they are positive, they are worth it.
