  • how many pe excercises should you do in one session?

    Hi guys I just started doing pe about almost a month ago now. i warm up for 5 min stretch for another 5 min in each directions then jelq for 20 min. i want to add girth and bigger head. should I do all three exercises at once in the 20 min or break it up? lets say i jelq for 10 min then i switch to push all the blood to my penis head then hold it for 30 seconds for another 5 min so i can gain a bigger head. last 5 min do a girth exercise and squeeze the bottom of your penis and the top where your glans are for 30 sec for another 5 min to equal out 20 min. what should i do? or what should i do to get better girth.

    The routine you have described should certainly help you reach your goal. I started out with jelqing and kegeling--did
    only these two for three months. Then I added the stretches for a third exercise--then edging for a fourth. But to
    start with, two was enough.

      alright thanks! have not seen any gains besides eq but I hope to see some good gains in the next few months! after your three months did you see any gains?

        What the hell just happened here? I posted a reply and it never showed here!
        My main advice was: try a beginner's routine and then move on to more advanced and complicated exercises.
        I recommend either babbis' or JP's.

        Welcome, you should start with a beginner routine and only then, after conditioning your penis for 3 months, can you start with the intermediate routine. 20 minutes of jelqing is a bit much, follow either one of these routines:
        -A routine for the beginners to start growing!
        -JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

          I gained from improved EQ in the first couple of weeks, and then NOTHING for the next three months. I started to make real gains in the middle of my 4th month.

            I usually stretch, pump, jelq and clamp. Each for 10 min
