Actually I was a little off, it takes me like 20 minutes to do 120 reps where a rep is 1 stroke with each hand. I do 5 second strokes, so 10 second reps. I am only saying to take a break to recover from the overtraining, 1 week should be fine but 2 might be necessary. I just meant don't take long breaks, after 3 months 1 week off isn't going to hurt. Yea dollar store might have a hot pack, walmart or something like that would. Rice sock is definitely cheaper!

I would suggest trying one of the lighter beginner routines and try 1 on 1 off for 90 days. You may be a less is more gainer. Pe is all about trial and error and so far all you have tried is balls to the wall ending in frustration. Lighten up and try 3 times a week.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

ok i will take 2 weeks off starting today then. And ok BigO 1on/1off sounds good but then what do you mean 'and try 3 times a week' Meaning Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, kinda thing?
Also when i re start i will watch my PIs and take my time with the jelqs, at least 5 seconds each stroke?

ok thanks everyone for there input. So im going to completley rule out my equipment for now. Take 2 weeks off and start a new routine.
Im either thinking of doing
*10-Minutes – Warm Up - rice sock
*Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches) 25kegels each stretch, x1.
*10-Minutes – Wet jelqing (5-8 second strokes)
*kegel 120 times while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
*This routine was done religiously on a 2 days on and 1 day off regiment.
or JP90day on a 1day on and 1 day off regiment
..thoughts? Also left and right circle stretches is basically bringing your unit say to the left then pulling out and almost drawing an imaginary circle or the same motion like closing a window with a window crank, right? idk its hard to describe what i mean i just hope i know how to do that one right

Or should i count out stretchs for the first bit and just focus on jelqs?
Maybe 200 a day to start with edging at the end or should i stick with one of the routines i listed above, thanks.

I hope by now you know what you have been doing wrong all along. I'll just tell you what I make of it:-
Firstly, Before you could focus on any kind of gains and pick a routine to achieve those, you should condition your willy with JP90. You don't worry about gains during this 3 month period, improved EQ is the first awesome thing that happens. (mistake #1 -- you didn't do it long enough. I see that you started off taking the right step, but got lost somewhere along the road. I know life gets in way of things sometimes.)
Secondly, to see if the routine worked, or in other words, to test a routine, you should at least give it 3 months. You should never write off just one or two months into it. ( that would be mistake #2-- you didn't stick with one long enough)
You have been inconsistent, again, I know our lives don't revolve around PE. (that would be mistake #3-- PE and consistency go hand in hand)
I don't mean to put you down by pointing out your mistakes--I did that so you will not repeat them. Another thing you could use some patience, hehe. I know you'll say I have been doing it for a year, but ask yourself, have you really been DOING IT for a year? Again, the sole purpose of my post is to get you into right mindset. Words to remember---> consistency, patience, determination, believe, etc (all other positive things) We are all different from on another, so two people would never gain the same amount or in the same period of time even if they were given the exact same routines. You could be a hard gainer, but before considering you one, I'd question your approach, hehe. So get it right and gains will come!
Now onto the questions you asked. Brian is my senior, so he'd know better. If he said 2 weeks, you should give your willy a fortnight's rest. But I, personally, would recommend just one week off because you haven't been doing anything too heavy. Some good PI's--good EQ (while edging), randoms erections throughout the day, High sex drive/libido, good flaccid hang for few hours after the workout, morning wood, feel good factor-- haha I just made the last one up, but yeah if you are experiencing all those thing, guess what? You are a good PEer, and you are doing just about how much you need (always a good thing), your penile health is good, gains are following, etc.
Hope I helped you. Please feel free to ask if you have anymore questions.

- Got injured the second day of JP90. Took some time off. Figured I need a days rest after every workout day. Started JP90 on 1 on 1 off regimen.
- Did that for a month and a half (6 weeks)
- Switched to 2 on 1 off for the last 6 weeks.
I did that based on my PIs and 6 weeks were enough for me to get the hang of everything in that routine. I'd choose JP90, and start with 1 on 1 off and see how things are. You could either switch to 2 on 1 off for the last month or so, or you could go 90 days with 1 on 1 off and switch to 2 on 1 off once your done and do it for at least a month. This way, if you realize gains, stick with it."When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea."

Thanks Cris and Brian, i really appreciate the honestly and that was 100% what i was looking for when posting. I would rather fix my mistakes now instead of making the same ones later. Thanks for the link to the PI's, ill check that out. So Cris you think i should go back to JP's routine instead of PESG's? And for days on maybe start with 3 a week and then move up to 1on/1off or 2on/1off if the PI's stay good?
