Thread: Rest days for manual stretching?

I'm very conditioned and wanted to get peoples thoughts on taking rest days for stretching. Good idea? Not necessary? I feel like I need the break from girth exercises but I never feel its needed for length due to the lack of fatigue. I was thinking something like 6 on 1 off for stretching.

Hello there. Actually, you are more experienced than I am, but I will still give my thoughts. I don't remember the thread, but somewhere I read 5 days of stretching is optimal (also depends on your intensity and number of reps/time spent). 6 days on 1 day off sounds like a good routine because this way you are giving your willy some rest.
It is also advised that you take one complete day off from all/any kind of PE. You should basically forget that it is a habit of yours, it is very good for your mental health. Also, I have noticed girth exercises are far more tiring than length exercises, it could be due to the fact that girth gains are hard to come by. Anyways, those were my thoughts. One more inquiry.. Would it be ok to do bundled stretches on the same proposed 6 on 1 off routine?

Only you can see if it works out for you or not, if you're having great EQ and your pi's are fine and there's no soreness the next day, always morning wood and nothing else negative then 6:1 will work for you. Some believe more rest days are better for gains but that may be because they need the rest days, but if you believe you don't then you can keep going if all else is fine.
But also unlike hanging you shouldn't really be hitting some fatigue point or anything, unless it's just slight soreness without pain or a huge decrease in EQ.
