Can someone please try to explain ballooning without just posting the link. I tried looking around and finding out more info on the subject. And I must say that I am a bit confused.
In order to do it correctly, while flaccid, are you just doing kegels till you are erect and then you stimulate the shaft, pee hole and top/sides of the glands?

My take is a lot less precise than some of what's posted in those ballooning threads. From reading those links, you would think that to properly balloon, you can only do it a certain way, touching only certain parts of the penis. It's all too strict in its method.
I've looked at ballooning and broken it down to it's core. What's ballooning? Forcing as much blood into your erect penis as you can. Do it as often as you can in one session, making that session last as long as you can. That's it. Heck, ballooning is really just edging, except you add in some reverse kegels to force blood into the penis.
All that other stuff about where to touch and more importantly where not to touch is all about helping you last longer. Touching lightly (as opposed to a normal or hard grip masturbation) is all about keeping your penis sensitive, so the session lasts longer. The light touch allows you to last longer since soreness doesn't become a factor in session length and as an added bonus, your penis becomes very sensitive to just about any touch as the session drags on.
I'm not saying all that should be ignored, because it all comes into play, if you want to enjoy a long, fun ballooning session. But ballooning can also be done in a "quick" 30 mins session where you just masturbate as if you were edging.
There's really only a couple of things you need to know to edge correctly.
You just need to go about it like an edging session. You just want to play with it for as long as you can. Keep it hard and enjoy yourself! The other important thing to remember is to do some reverse kegels to force some extra blood into your member. If done right, you'll see the head swell, like a balloon. Hence the term ballooning.
Personally, I like to clamp the base of my penis with my hand when I do the reverse kegels. I'll keep it clamped and do as many RKs as I can to keep pushing more and more blood. After a few mins, just let go, and continue edging. You can also do just regular kegels, if anything, I find it's easier to balloon doing regular Ks as opposed to RKs. The danger there though, is kegels might push you over the edge and make you cum. Try doing some Ks and also some RKs, sort of doing your kegel/reverse kegel workout at the same time lol.
Anyhow, enjoy yourself when you do it. It's a blast watching the head just swell up while ballooning.
