hey guys I have just started doing v jelqs in my routine.. when i do them it seems to be hard to keep in a semi erect state because i start to go back into flaccid. It also doesn't seem like I'm pushing any blood to the top like a regular jelq would.I even tried straight out and straight up towards me. what one are you supposed to do, go straight out?? even sometimes when i do them my penis will flip to one side. can anyone help me out on correcting my problem please!

I know when I do my v jelqs I go straight out, left and right... I notice I'm more flaccid when I do the v jelqs too. Not sure why that is.smaLLer than beFore

The v-jelq is supposed to be done with your glans pointing towards your nose, in other words, straight up.
This link should help you understand the mechanics of the exercise better: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...strations.html
Now, my advice for you to keep a "steady" level of erection is to alternate erotic thoughts and non-erotic thoughts. You should balance them in the following manner: think erotically if you feel you are getting too flaccid and non-erotically if you are getting to erect. If the erection is just too hard to do the exercise stop for some minutes until you feel your penis is at a good erection level to exercise.
The ve jelq won't have any of the traditional jelq signs: red glans, engorged glans, etc, but it will reveal them in a less prominent way.
