Would you.guys perfer the clamp over the manual. Ive notice after doing my pump and horse squeeze my hand and fingers are tired and sore. Vs just using a clamp where i can squeeze a device and let it.deflat over time. Which would give better results.. or could i incorporate the clamp with some of these manual exercises .

The Big al squeeze works very well for me, I started with regular squeeze.01/14/12 BPEL:7.4" EG:5.0"

I went from 5 inches EL to 5.5 in 5 months of extending and some Bathmate at the last month. My gains stopped.. So I moved onto hanging.
Ive never been this soar. I can tell its workin. I already see a difference with my veins and my flacid state looks way bigger.
