For example, I do 200 JAI-stretches a day, grabbing my dick at the base. When I pull and want to stretch my dick, there's always some skin that glides over my urethra and all the rest of my penis ofcourse..
Is that good? Or should I really squeeze tight that I really have "flesh" between my fingers .. and THEN stretch?

I'm pretty shit at stretching as well, my technique is probably poor, I always end up with skin pull as well
I only do side-to-side stretches, they are the best I think as I can actually feel the ligament moving from time to time! But the skin around my base is always sore afterwards
I find that pulling the skin slightly towards the glans before getting your grip helps

I'm familiar with the sore skin around the base! + Yes I also do that sometimes, pulling him a bit forward already and than taking my other hand to stretch him even further ..

I get no skin stretching and a nice secure grip behind the glans, especially with a touch of talc. Being uncut as well makes me not want to stretch base skin, or any skin at all. I had to go back to this basic article Penis Stretching - penis exercise For Size and Hardness to check about grip

No, as long as you do not directly grab the head of the penis, anywhere will work. If your grip the head of the penis, you are putting yourself at risk. The glans penis is the most sensitive part of your body, so treat it well. Grabbing an inch below the glans is most popular because it gives the least amount of skin stretch.

What you need to do to make stretching easier, is use some sort of blanket or sheet on your bed while lying down and semi wrap around your penis, and use the same fingers (thumb and pointer) ... The point of the blanket is to make sure your penis gets a better grip.
I guess you could stretch anywhere you wanted, and bring maybe a small towel or something to make the grip A LOT better, especially when doing some of those advanced stretches, my god my fingers would cramp, and get so sweaty.

I am uncut and the way I avoid skin pulling is to grip the glans and pull straight up and back toward my stomach until I achieve a light stretch (I always keep in mind that the glans is very sensitive and I never use more than a light grip for this). I then take the other hand and apply a firm, overhand grip approximately 1/2 of an inch below the glans and proceed to perform the stretch.
