I have been doing my new routine for 2 months now. After my first month I saw some nice gains. I jus finished my second month and didn't see any gains. My question is should I make my routine longer or switch it up. My routine is set up for 4 weeks then start the routine over again. I start with 30 mins of straight stretching and add 10 mins each week. So I end with dong my streches for and hour in the last week. I know I didn't overtrain bcuz I wouldn't have seen any results after the first month I did the routine. And advice help...thanks

You should keep doing your routine because it's for conditioning. And if it's not similar to the many beginner routines then you possibly could be doing too much too early on.
Most of the first months gains are mainly from better EQ.

Does your current routine consist of anything besides stretching?Starting stats - June 08': 6'' NBPEL, 4.25'' EG
Initial Goal: 7'' NBPEL
Sept 09': 7'' NBPEL, 5'' EG
Jan 10': 7'' NBPEL, 5.5" EG (begin maintenance routine)
June 11': 7'' NBPEL, 5.75" EG
July 13': 7" NBPEL, 5.9" EG, began jelqing again.
Goal: 7.5" NBPEL, 6.25'' EG
It's a game of inches.
