I experimented with PE briefly about 6 years ago, but never with much dedication, and I've never participated in the online community until now.
I've come back to PE because I've met the woman I am going to marry. We've been together nearly three years, we love each other and we have wonderfully dirty fulfilling sex. She tells me this is the best sex she's ever had, and I chose to believe her because I know what I'm doing and there's never been any shortage of orgasms, but nonetheless her choice in toys leans consistently to the larger end of the spectrum. Hence my username and what has brought me here.
Ultimately my goal is to be larger than her favorite toy. I don't have numbers on that just yet since we unfortunately live on opposite coasts for much of the year while she attends school (though that ends in less than a year). I'll be getting a chance to see how I measure up on her next visit.
With the background out of the way on to my current question. I'm currently 5.6 BPEL x 5.8 EG (at midpoint). From my understanding this is very unusual, and I'm wondering if my above average starting girth will have any impact on my ability to achieve length gains. Does the fact that there's more tissue to stretch increase the effort required to be successfully stretch it?
I'm also open to suggestions about routine recommendations. Currently I'm about 30 days into the JP90, and also extending @600g for 2-4 hours daily (longer on weekends), and wearing an ADS w/ 14 oz weight under my trousers when not extending.

My starting stats were 6 x 5.5 and I have an abnormally thick corpus spongiosum. This causes me to have to use an overhand modified v-jelq instead of the typical overhand "okay" grip. I have gained .5 inches in length and .5 inches in girth in approx. 4 months. My suggestion is to make sure you grip as close to the base of your penis as you can and then wait a second before beginning the jelq motions. This allows the blood in the rest of your shaft to adjust and provides an even distribution rather than most of the blood ending up an inch or two below your glans.
My ex-girlfriend, at times depending on the position we were in, complained about me stretching her outer vaginal lips and the piece of skin between her vagina and anus because of the thickness of the base of my penis. For that reason, I have also incorporated (and expanded upon) a stretching routine into my program in hopes of increasing my length gains over my girth gains. My goal is 8 x 6.5 or 7. Anything girthier than 7 inches and you will run into limitations with some women who claim you are too thick. Also, my ex was hesitant to perform oral on me for lengthy amounts of time because she claimed she experienced an unusually high amount of jaw fatigue from keeping her mouth open wide enough to not scrape me with her teeth.
As a side note, be grateful for your larger than average starting girth (I know I am). Most here find length easier to come by then girth.
