As I have posted in several other places, I've been doing slinky exercises for girth. Well, I think I've sustained a nerve injury. I'm not too worried. It'll heal over time, I'm just wondering how long? The right side of my glans is painfully sensitive to touch. Going to take a few days off and let it heal. My shaft could use a break as well. The soreness and fatigue were starting to get to me.

You know the type of response you're gonna get. Could be a week, could be a month, but you really need to take a break and not PE for a while.

Oh I know that. I'm just asking if anyone who has had similar problems can give a time frame? A week or a month? Sheesh!

P.S. That would suck some major ass if this pain never went away. Ugh! I'm just going to wait it out and stay optimistic.

Pain when touched is probably minimal nerve damage though, unless you have underlying bruising which could just be where the pain is coming from. When you start loosing feeling, feels like pins and needles, or constant pain, that's when nerve damage is bad.

Well that's encouraging. There is no loss of feeling or strange feeling, just some unpleasant pain when it's touched. Other than that, perfectly normal. I've got a pretty tough dick from all of the abuse I've been putting it through over the last few months. So I guess that's my answer. Could be any amount of time. I guess it's a waiting game now.
I think once I start up the slinkys again, I'm going to do a one day on one day off schedule to start out with.

I don't know if it was ever told to ya, but most advanced girth exercises (Squeezes, ULI's, Slinkys etc) should be done 1 on 1 off. You should undergo at least 3 months with this regimen before switching it up to 2 on 1 off or 5 on 1 off."When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea."

On a brighter note, I may be imagining things, but I think that maybe the pain has lessened a bit. Here's hoping!

Three times a day? How many days a week would you do it? I see you joined back in 2010, so you are one of the senior members but I don't know how much of experience you have under your belt. That'd be too much for anybody! I understand it is easy to get carried away especially if your are seeing that expansion and stuff.
I am glad the pain in lessening, but make sure you have a week or two's rest and don't over analyze the situation. I am sure it is not as bad as you thought it was.
