Right now my clamping routine is :
2X15 minutes - 3 day in a row and then 4 day rest. This is what I can do since I don't PE when my wife is at home.
first round : getting hard, pushing as much blood I can by kegeling. I always try to put the clamp the nearest I can to the bone.
second round : the same, but I'm usely more hard so I don't do kegel. Instead I put more pressure with my hand on my shaft to make it swell. Bend my dick a little bit. I am doing some sort of clamped horse squeeze.
I don't do warm up. But after the these two clamp round I go clamped in a warm shower. After two minutes of hot water on my dick remove the clamp. Then relax...

I've clamped every day for the past 10 days.
I still wake up with morning erections and have a higher libido because I don't ejaculate during the session.
Clamping is potentially very dangerous. I look at it like weightlifting. Just because someone broke their back trying to lift 500 lbs with poor form doesn't mean it will happen to everyone in the gym. Also, clamping seems to be the only thing that's really worked for me for girth so far. So it's either keep clamping and pay close attention in order to avoid injury, or stop PE. I do not believe in the "rest days" -- Whenever I tried that before it would just end up with my dick reverting back to it's old 4.5" girth. Right now I'm hovering around 4.6-4.7" girth.
Just so people know, I've tried JP90, Bathmate, and other sorts of exercises for girth. Clamping is the only thing that has really worked so far. So I will keep going with what's working.. I hope to get to 5" girth by 2013.

If one clamps are they bound to get a discolored, dark penis?

I think that if you achieve adequate expansion then eventually it will lead to some growth. If you can handle going for longer, then that likely means you 're well conditioned and could probably handle even longer times. I think that if you aren't getting alot of expansion, then you are limiting your maximum gain potential. Of course this will vary person to person depending on your tunica the time it takes to achieve that expansion. Like for me I have to clamp for hours at a time while edging, and then use a pump while im still clamped to achieve maximum expansion and growth.

I think I'm going to make that crazy dick press contraption I saw a while ago. Clamp and put my dick in basically in a horizontal vice with thumbscrews to tighten. I've been pressing down while clamped on a bench and it feels really effective. Massive internal pressure. This seems like the next logical step.

How much time are you clamping? What is your routine? I begin in sept. 2010 with a 4.62 girth. I get my gain mostly by uli, horse squeeze and clamp. I'm now around 5 inch MEG . On my day without clamping, I always do some uli and horse squeeze. I don't ejaculate during the session... I'm 37 and I keep my "chi" for my wife!
