Hey Jakebfs, thanks for answering.
I only do one set of stretching, I didn't know that it would be best in repeating all the stretches again.
I try to mantain a day on / 2days off, maybe some ballooning, or edging on the day off... not always.
Hanging and clamping are new in my routine. I hang just to give a final good stretch, it's one pound!
And clamping has been nice, lot's of girth seen building up, and again, 5min reps, not that much.
As for kegels, I read someones thread here saying it would be best to do less kegels for a bigger time, than lot's repeatedly, so I'm focusing on that.
I've been thinking in buying some additional device, but I don't know which one is for my best, Bathmate, or extender?..---------

Don't do girth and lentgh work simulataniously as the longitudanal and latiduanal tunicas can mesh together as they recover causing peyronies disease.Good Luck with your gains,
