Just one question: how is it possible that everytime someone talks about Big Al or you, you always get to see the thread I haven't seen you a lot on these forums, but when they talk about you or Big Al, you and Big al will always respond (respect!). How do you guys do that? Are you constantly monitoring these forums or?

I initiated the use of the bib hanger around 2001, at that time "Bigger" was prominent on various blogs. As a scientist I felt that he by far had the best methodology available at that time. I studied is protocol and simply duplicate the efforts, and over time they worked. I ultimately gained 3 inches in length, and an inch and a half in girth. Later I used the DP 4000 computer pump and gained another inch and a half bringing my total gains to roughly 3 inches in length and 3 inches in girth. A long story made short.
Nowadays we have the LG Hanger which is a non-compression Hanger that is capable of hanging equivalent amount of weights much more safely; I strongly encourage students to consider that route. Because I felt that many students were very uncomfortable with the compression type hanger such as the bib hanger, though a marvelous invention of its time, I came up with a prototype of the LG Hanger which eventually became a reality after meeting the manufacturer who came up with the same idea. The hours and weeks to further answer your question were at first very much like Biggers instructions, as time went on I decreased the amount of time, and it took a few more years to get to the goal relative to his rapid progress. Study as much as you can about an instrument (Whichever hanger you choose)and then at some point you will develop the maturity and tissue acclamation to use it wisely. It is better to take more time and play it safe than to try to rush the process.

Hi, i am professional weightlifting/powerlifting coach (and strength and conditioning coach); but a newbie in PE.
Somehow I think PE and muscle strengthening are something very similar.
In my experience as a weightlifting coach I have seen athletes evolve in different ways (faster or slower).
For example, some powerlifters train his whole life and never reach 300kg (660 lbs) squat; usually it takes several years of training (3 to 5 years); but my best powerlifting reach 300kg squat after 10 month of training when he was 18 years old, he also was so close to world record.
He is descendant of Easterns Europeans who have a very good genetics for lifting weights...
In conclusion, genetics and individuality is a main factor when you are looking for physiological adaptations like muscle strength or increase penis size. Some people will adapt faster, they are going to have bigger gains in shorter periods of time.
As the "success stories" have a purpose of motivation and publicity (in this context), It is logical to show the ones with the greatest impact (I think...).
In my personal experience, i just start PE 5 weeks ago and i reach a 6mm (0.23 inches) increase in bone pressed erect length; but of course, due to my lack of experience i dont know if it is real gain or just an illusion caused by an inadequate first measurement...

As with PE, with strength training people have different goals. Some want to look like bodybuilders, others want to be strong, others just want to get lean like you. Staying lean and with reasonable muscle mass (not too exaggerated), seems to be the body that most likes women
